It's a known problem that some people can't access their activation e - mail provided by the automated service. I've dealt with it for most times, but it seems to increase with the recent influx of new members. Known services that bring trouble with Proboards' Activation email: AOL (Sometimes also small services) Most people experience this problem with Hotmail as well, except most people also can find it in their junkmail. Same case with AOL. Check your junkmail bin. Sometimes they are redirected through the filter. The newest versions of AOL have the "advanced SPAM blockers" and may make it impossible for Proboards to contact you. Admins may have to manually register members who expierience this problem. Or we recommend that these people create temporary free e-mails (ie. hotmail.com). Sometimes, small internet email services are also big on this problem. The best thing to use, is to create free emails. Other things you can do:If it really doesn't work, you can have one of the admins use the temporaly email accounts if needed. They can even host it on their own and redirect it to you, but that should be the last thing you should do, although the Admins are to be trusted. They are busy people. Yahoo and Hotmail seem to work great with Proboards, even if they put it in the Junk map. But it shouldn't have to happen most of the time. - JC
