I think it's time to see if we could cut back on staff, preferably admins, to make sure everything keeps solid and everyone gets a fair chance.
The reason for this is the number of staff being unactive, or the numbers of staff were just too much to equivalent with the number of members.
All staff should not worry too much, because you won't get dropped all the way below. Admins will become Global Moderators, leaving a lot of things you can do.
For now, I decided to remain the only admin, on account to not give anyone an advantage. Later on, I might be needing to add Administrators, but until that time, we'll go with this.
Post your thoughts about this, and tell me if and why you like or dislike it. In the meantime, I've made the changes, for at least an test until you guys further tell if it's okay.

Yeah, mate, you're still staff. And Dan, it's true now there are too much Gmods, so I'm looking if it's best to appoint some mods over global mods and smoothen things up.
I simply didn't have time to PM you guys about the change. Things have been hectic as it is.
And don't forget this is a test. If it really messes up, I'll try to see if it's best to restore it.
And there were a lot more admins than just you and Ark, Dan.

so all work we did get member
What?
I think it was a good idea (of course). There's really no point of having more than one admin unless you've got a lot of members... like 1000 or something.

JCD, you might like to try what Bob did over at the Crib.
I was an administrator there and he felt that there were too many of them besides myself, (overwhelming) so what he did was reclassify me and another staff member to be Super Moderators.
We are just under the admin, but we still rank over the G-mods and Moderators.
We STILL have all the same governing powers as an admin.. So he's got admin, S-mod, G-mod and Moderator.
It might work out here. Try it out for a test run.

Well, I know it's possible. I've looked up what you can do with member groups, giving them powers and such, that I think you've got a great idea. Thanks Daquan! Well, I'm going to see who to put in the S - Mod position then... - JC

You're welcome.
It should work out fine. I hope it does.

Hmm. I hope so too. But can you give more info about how that system works with the Super Mods? And would you prefer a better name for it, if needed? I'm not totally sure about those. - JC

Putting everyone into staff, like the amount of staff is a bit too much. Demote the inactive staff members if they can't come here for like a few months or a year. If they can't handle the pressure for being active, well, they have to re-apply for it, I guess. That's my opinion, but it's up to you.
