Why is it so hard to get up in the morning? Life would be so much easier if we could just pop out of bed and not mope about going to work....

Yep, but what would cause that? Working a 9 to 5 job with low salary is totally not stimulating.
What you can do, however, is to get a better job, one you have great fun with. Pays less, no problem.
And it's pretty natural about moping about going to work... It would be pretty scary if you'd went to such a 9 to 5 job with bad pay without any moping about it...

I'm up between five & 6 every morning.
I think it's mainly because of the time when I worked at United Airlines in the morning on the 0600 shift. I loved getting out at 1430 because I had the rest of the day to myself.
