Hi, folks! In an effort to produce a little more interest in Severance, I have decided to host a mailbag for the site. I discussed it with JC and he thought it was a good idea. After all, other sites have mailbags, so why shouldn't Severance? A new mailbag will be posted every Friday... if I get e-mails! For each mailbag, I'll set up a topic which I think should help spark some interest. Of course, the topics may not be for everyone, so you can go off-topic, if you wish. The mailbag's e-mail address is: sev_mailbag@hotmail.co.ukTo contact me directly use: skulkrusha2000@hotmail.comE-mails will never be given out on the mailbag, complete discretion will be yours. I will use the first part of e-mail addresses to identify who each mail is from (e.g. johnsmith@provider.com will only show as johnsmith in the mailbag). If you want me to show your e-mail under a different name on the mailbag, add it in parenthesis "( )" somewhere in your e-mail. Anyway, the topic for this week's (Friday's) mailbag - Do you think having a mailbag is a good idea? I'll give the link to the mailbag only if I get a good amount of e-mails. I'm not sure how to explain it. Basically, you send e-mails to a certain address to share your thoughts on subjects. You'll probably get the idea once it's put up... if people actually send e-mails in.  Each week, I'll give you guys a subject to talk and argue and go completely off-topic about basically because it adds a little more interactivity to the site. If anyone can explain a mailbag better, please do so, because my worthless attempt probably just created more confusion. Peace! |

I think HMW thought of it as a helpdesk kind of account, that's on MSN to answer any quick questions by people. If that's true, I think it's a reasonable idea. OT, Gotta run, back to class. - JC |

Hmm. Well, anyway, the mailbag will be posted sometime tomorrow. I was hoping to have a two-pager, but since I only got three emails, it's just going to be a single page. I'm still accepting emails, though. Hopefully, the following weeks will have people showing a little more interest in this. Peace! |
